Our media launch last week for Fashion in the BIG little City saw central city fashion retailers, designers and the media come together
in the beautiful surrounds of the Summer of Sculpture installation in Wynyard
Quarters’ Silo 6 Pack.
Key media were challenged to style a mannequin using
garments and accessories from a selection of retailers participating in Fashion
in the BIG little City, then their efforts were judged by Alex of fashion blog
Four Eyes. The winning stylist was Megan Robinson of Thread.
Thanks to Huffer, Recycle Boutique, RJB Design, Taylor, Moochi,
Made, Storm, Strangely Normal, AGATHA Paris, Briarwood and Pat Menzies for bringing their wonderful product in to bring our launch to life. Credit must also go to Fuse, George FM, Perrier, The Carrybag Company and Resene for their help in bringing together this event.
Fashion in the BIG little City 2013 runs from 28 February - 10 March, with events, retail offers and promotions taking place throughout Auckland's central city.
